Bored, Board Game Afternoon
Monday, December 30 from 2-5PM
Join us for an afternoon of board games, snacks and fun. Teens 6th grade and older are invited. If you have a new game to try, or an old favorite to share, bring it with you. Don’t spend your afternoon bored!
Our 2013 Teen Summer Reading Program: Beneath the Surface has completed. Our biggest reader this summer, Jana Choberka, read over 15,000 pages!
We would like to specifically thank Kathy Anderson (Sunbear Studio & Gallery), Leigh Brennan (A Place to Call Om), the Alexandria Fire Department, Laura Hartman (Laura Hartman Photography), Johnnies Villa Pizza, Wichert Insurance and Tech International for their generous support of our Young Adult Summer Reading Program. Because of these companies’ and individuals’ gifts, local teens were able to attend ten different programs and read a combined 57,500+ pages since June.
